How to establish and reset Ray PINs

How-To Establish

  1. To establish a PIN simply log into the Utherverse Social Center.
  2. There will be option above your member display picture.
  3. Click ‘Establish a PIN’. Pick a PIN that will be easy for you to remember but hard for others to guess.

Your PIN cannot be your Social Center password, username or email address. There will be no way to recover this PIN by email. You'll have to contact Customer Support directly for us to reset it for you.

How-To Reset / Request new PIN *Update

  1. Open http://www.utherverse.com/Net/Profile/PINReset.aspx
  2. We will email you once we reset your PIN.
  3. Log into the Utherverse Social Center.
  4. There will be option above your member display picture.
  5. Click ‘Establish a PIN’. Pick a PIN that will be easy for you to remember but hard for others to guess.
