"Ladies and Gentlemen... LET'S GET READY TO RUMBLEEEEEEEEEEEEEE"

"Lets's get ready to Rumbleeeeeeeeee"

The crowd was ready, pre-tickets were sold out and only a few left for the last minute folks to grab up. As they entered the arena, the feeling of anticipation grew. The announcers building up and creating the first buzz of excitement and the it was full on! Red Light Wrestling is alive and well in the Verse and here we go! The crowd cheered, the crowed jeered, the wrestlers some hero's, some enemies, showed the crowd just how they felt and believe me, the folks in the stands certainly showed them their feelings right back! The matches started up and a new form of entertainment found it's niche in the Verse along with some die hard fans. Thanks to the brainchild of StevenKreg, Phuxwell_LH & Eliantha, it's here, it's rocking and it's time to "GET IT ON!"

The main matches were no disappointment and the biggie was Sheik vs American Justice. American Justice came out amid massive cheers and was so gracious and nice to everyone in the crowd, truly appreciating them all showing up, then slinking out came Sheik. Throwing taunts and showing ugliness towards everyone. He towered, looking strong, mean and sooo ready to do some massive damage. Justice almost had the look of a man wondering if he made a mistake by choosing to be in this match or not. Well after just a few mins, Justice was finding out that perhaps he was truly over matched by this machine of doom!

Justice took poundings and brutal beatings throughout the match, reminiscent of Rocky Balboa, yet somehow managed to stay in the match. His battered and bleeding body, obviously almost ready to go down on the mat, was stirred back to life as the crowd cheered him on. He found that inner spark and slowly go to his feet, then the battle was really on! With grit and determination, he clung to that spark and made it grow into maelstrom and lit into Sheik. He was flying madly around obviously and finally putting the hurt on his opponent and Sheik, now looking like a frog in a blender was truly getting the hurt put on him and bad!! At the end, Justice barely took the win, but for sure, this is one that will, I am sure, be coming back as a rematch, as this is what the crowds want to see and Sheik is not feeling he got a fair shake when it was said and done. Besides, Sheik is not going to enjoy seeing that championship belt around Justice's waist!

Cowboy and Sexy were the other big match up and, in his usual style, Sexy strutting around, flirting with all the ladies and letting them all know there were his for the taking! Cowboy, being the gentleman he is, was of course, polite and nice to the crowd, but they were all fired up over Sexy's antics and bad behavior. The two got so distracted though over a lovely lady (isn't that always the way) and it became all about who was going to end up with her. What happened next is still a mystery to most. A lone figured appeared out of the shadows and took both Cowboy and Sexy to school. He mercilessly beat them both relentlessly and when he was finished he took their girl and back into the shadows he went. He was the vampire, Angel of the Fallen. And while Sexy's attitude is "To hell with it, I can always get another girl anywhere, they all want me!", Cowboy vowed to take Angel out! That match is going to happen and when it does, WATCH OUT!!

The word is out in the the Verse and it's Red Light Wrestling is here and it's ON! While many people do talk down about "wrassling, wrestlin, etc..." 30- 40 million in the US watch it weekly on tv. And probably 3 times that many or more, world wide. It has been a phenom since it first appeared in the 50's and has stood it's ground throughout it's many ups and downs. Far too often it's simply passed off as the mindless television filler of the masses, yet the crowds show up and pack the arenas full weekly. The biggest draw on pay-per-view tv is always Summer Slam and Royal Rumble (Both wrestling super events.). All those tv's are tuned into it, so lets face it, there is a lot of interest in the sports "entertainment" programing and here in the verse it's no different.
Is it real, no, but then who the hell cares (As Mr. McMahon, owner of WWE now, founder of WWF and in the business for more years that most of us have been on this planet, said when asked if it was real; "Yes, "wrastling" is real sports "ENTERTAINMENT."), but is it fun, YOU BET IT IS! The back stories, the matches, the time you get to spend with some friends, or meet some new ones is amazing, as you can laugh, shout, get mad and over it and go away feeling you have found something that is well worth your time for a change. This is an event that is going to be happening regularly now in the Verse and even if you have never seen this form of wrestling, you should at least give this a try and soon. For the simple facts that if you take it for what it is, it's just a blast. You will laugh a lot and enjoy the antics of the wrestlers. You will most certainly find it to be so different than anything yet offered in the Verse. And, it's a grand way to spend some time in world with some great people!
Get hold of, and add to your friends list, RedLightWrestlin and make sure you get your tickets for the matches early, as I am feeling they will be selling out every time! And don't be at all surprised when you find yourself getting wrapped up in the "drama" both in, and out, of the squared circle! It's fun, it's addictive and it's Red Light Wrestling. Cya all there very soon!!
Until my next article, and who knows, it may just be about you, this is;
